Job Description

  • Main responsibility is in assisting and supporting the Head of Operations and Procurement whenever required
  • Assist Frontline Executives with the administration works (submit OT claim, petty cash…etc.)
  • Be on standby to be assigned to clientele when necessary
  • May be required to attend meeting with Head of Operations and Procurement with external parties for contract negotiation
  • Maintenance of Clientele flight details
  • Hotel reservations for Clientele
  • Planning of Clientele schedule and activities with Head of Operations and Procurement
  • Maintenance of assets records under the charge of Head of Operations and Procurement
  • Prepare and print out documents that is required to hand over to Head of Operations and Procurement and Frontline Executives
  • Any other tasks/duties as assigned by your superior

Required Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of working experience in similar capacity
  • Minimum Diploma

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Multilingual (minimum English and Mandarin)
  • Proven working experience
  • Excellent planning, time management and speaking skills
  • Ability to build rapport with other departments in the office
  • Communication and negotiation skill
